I have been in this shop - impressed with the details the managers take to take care of their clients.
My experience began great. Quick service and I felt like they were honest. However, when it came time to pick it up I was told a part broke during the repair and that "it happens." They expected ME to pay for the part! I later learned from other mechanics the part that they broke should not have even been messed with for this particular repair. I'm sorry but you break it you fix it, pure and simple.
They are nice people there, towed my truck there and they got right onto telling me how they was gunna fix it! Couldn't be more happy
