Amazing office! I can not say enough good things about everything and everyone there. From reception to the doctors I've always had a great experience. Appointments are timely and the care given is top notch. Matt and Julie are the real deal and their office is absolutely worth checking out to care for your family members. I'll never go anywhere else. Northern Michigan is lucky to have them!
Finding Bayshore Animal Hospital has made our northern Michigan summers complete. Our two rescue dogs are full of love, but their health maintenance has its challenges. Dr. Matt and his dream team at Bayshore could not be more helpful. They have figured out solutions to our dogs' chronic issues as well as given us great suggestions for preventative care. Not only does Bayshore offer highly professional and experienced care, but does so with great respect to listening to owners' concerns and questions. We have never been to an animal hospital that displays such patience and understanding. Bayshore really is the real deal, and we are blessed to have them nearby.
This will be the best veterinarian practice you will ever experience. Dr. Matt and Dr. Julie and their staff have the most polite, knowledgeable, concerned, welcoming, and pleasant veterinarian animal hospital you will ever, ever, ever experience. They spend as much time with you and your animal as needed to fully explain your animal's situation. They don't pile on extra services and charges like most veterinarian practices do. Their charges are extremely reasonable. They are just really smart and nice people. They are also very very good communicators.
Didn't recognize our dog had a severe kidney infection...kept saying she "got into something" despite always being on a leash. Didn't run any tests. By the time we got her to another vet, she was in critical condition. Would never take another pet to these people!
