I chose Habitec for my home and offices after having dealt with other local security companies in the past. Their sales staff was very helpful discussing all of the different options we had for home and office security...and also pointed out a few changes we could make to save some money on monitoring equipment. The technicians I worked with (Donald and Troy) were extremely friendly and did a great job at each location...even when I had to call them back a few times to modify settings or troubleshoot. They are always happy to stop in and make changes or help me plan. Pam in the office has been a life saver helping me keep tabs on our offices and making sure that our adds/deletes are taken care of promptly...if we do have any issues she's always happy to take my call or reply to my email...and someone is put on the issue right away. From home to work, I couldn't be happier with the quality of service we receive from Habitec.
I have been using Habitec for twenty years now and have found them to be precise and responsive. Their alarm central station is accurate and helpful without giving you the third degree each time. Locally they show up quickly when needed, usually within hours although the record is ten minutes this year!
