We experienced a broken pipe/ flooding in our rental home here in Charlevoix in mid February. We contacted Brady's and they descended on our home with expert precision, multiple large fans, huge vacuums and crew, all at the midnight hour. They hauled out and removed all the wet carpeting and furniture. We were instructed to go home and get some sleep that they would take care of everything... AND THEY DID.
