Having worn glasses my entire life, I have spent more than my share of time in eye care centers. However Charlevoix Eye Center has given me the best experience out of the many providers that I have seen over the years. Conveniently located near downtown Charlevoix, their staff has always provided prompt, kind service, always working with me and the various insurance providers that I have carried. Repairs and maintenance have been consistently provided quickly and with minimal cost, and best of all, Dr. Jon runs pretty tight to his schedule - no waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes just to get your exam started. If you are looking for a provider who is professional, prompt, and courteous, and accepts walk-ins, Charlevoix Eye Center is the best in the region, hands down.
Dr. VanWagnen definitely knows his stuff! Super smart and easy going guy. Was able to answer all my questions and got me on my way quickly. Also, his office was clean and his staff super friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
