When you go into the Ford Dealership it's usually your last option. This place doesn't want to help you with anything of difficulty. I have a small paint issue on my dash and parts says uhh we can't do that, go into the service area and ask this guy. Well this guy doesn't even come out of his office to look at it and proceeds to tell me the same thing "no we can't do that, uhh go to the body shop", then I go to the body shop, tell them my issue, and before I can even finish my request they have their hands in the air saying, "we don't have any cans, we don't have any cups, we can't do that, adhesion issues, no no no no"....it's complete BS and its the same every time. Nobody will touch anything unless a dummy can do it. Don't go here for a question, your better off figuring it out with a company that can't hide behind all their fine print. I would never buy a vehicle here.
