I have taken my bikes and boards to them many times and they had no problem fixing or adjusting then the hole staff is very friendly and know what there doing.
Excellent customer service! I was on vacation and realized I brought the wrong cycling shoes so I didn't have cleats to clip into my pedals. Luckily Revolution Bike had them and helped me install them. The first pair I bought and tried wasn't quite the right match but the second more expensive pair was. I was prepared to pay the higher price but they just took back the first pair and sent me on my way. Revolution Bike saved my vacation bike ride around Lake Charlevoix.
From the first time I walked into the shop I felt like I was well attended to and had all of my questions courteously answered. They fitted me for a bike after hearing what I was interested in and continue to make sure I have everything I need to be safe, to have fun and look good doing it. :) I like this place. When it comes to bikes and skateboards these guys know their stuff.
I bought my KHS Alite 150 from them a couple of years ago. I got a real decent deal on a good bike. They put higher handlebars on it for me and a more comfortable seat. The owner was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have been back to have adjustments a couple of times since then and had a quick and easy experience.
These guys were GREAT in that they squeezed us in when they were super busy and fixed my bike perfectly - but they didn't have any suggestions (as in none...) for mtn. bike rides in the area and they had not heard of the Susan Creek area (just outside of town) or the sort of nearby Vasa area (which I later found on Google and it ROCKS - you've gotta check this place out!). Technically, great - socially and locally-trail-aware, not so good.
